I suppose anyone could mark an item not for sale for a bunch of reasons; I think some people also sell on other platforms & maybe the item is in the process of or has sold on there so instead of deleting it they may mark it “not for sale” instead? Mine is marked not for sale bc I was out of the area and unavailable to ship anything out so I had it on a vacation hold so that’s what the app does to the items, marks them not for sale until I get back… Hope I helped!
