New, with tags. KUHL brand women's or teen's summer dress, size small. Fitted, with built-in bra. Flattering princess waistline. Very pretty light blue-green color, made of cotton-spandex fabric, nice to the touch. Tank sleeves also wide enough to cover bra straps. Never worn. Skirt hemline falls above the knees. Measurements are in the photos. I bought this for my daughter, but her style these days is all dark colors and sweatshirts!
