This is a brand-new blouse, just recently purchased but never worn.  Unfortunately the wrong size was shipped to me but the garment is unreturnable.  So it's up for grabs! Colors: Clean, crisp, bold stripes - midnight-blue/black and bright white. Slightly-poufy shoulders and flared, elastic sleeves add a super-feminine 80's-retro touch!Slightly cinched at the waist to accentuate the curvy female shape. Size: Tag reads M; would fit a Women's Size 8-10 comfortably. Approx. measurements: Length - 29" from top of shoulder to bottom Bust - 38" (19" from pit to pit) Sleeve length - 27" from shoulder seam on down Material: 100% polyester; has a silky feel and a slight stretch. Machine wash.
