Women’s Spring teal blue bustier crop top with flutter sleeves

100% polyester, super cute spring/summer top that has a bustier like front with pads and pearl with gold buttons. It has lots of stretch in back of the top and can be worn on shoulders or off. Also has Flutter sleeves with ties on shoulders. I consider this color teal not blue also.
