Women's Skirt/Dress by Grace Elements

Long flowing multicolored skirt / dress -- your choice in how you wear it. While the skirt is made of polyester, the 7" black waistband is made of viscose and spandex. Including the waistband, the skirt is 43" long. You can fold down the waistband to shorten the skirt, or pull it high and wear it as a dress. It is fully lined. NWT.
