Womens Skirt for Witch Halloween Costume OS Drawstring

I thought someone might want this skirt to add to their own homemade witches costume. The waist line has a drawstring closure to cinch up to the correct size. I would say it's a 5 to a 1X Measures 20 1/2" uncinched. 36" in length
