Women's Skirt

The bottom ruffle adds just enough interest. And the "bubble" pattern is so fun! The skirt is navy with lighter blue and white "bubbles". The waist measures 28" (the small elastic inserts at the sides probably add another 1 - 1-1/2"). The length is 25". Excellent condition, no tears, stains, snags. Smoke free pet friendly household.
