For context on the warmth level this kept me warm in 6 degree F weather with thin base layers. The puffer in particular is super convenient as it comes in a small drawstring bag you can throw in a tote. In terms of sizing, I wear S-M but I was looking for a more oversized fit for comfort. The pants have an adjustable elastic waistband but they're fairly close fitting on me, everything else is true to size.
