Women’s Short Sleeve Sheer Button Down Blouse - Small Petite

Tags were cut out when worn given the sheer nature, but I believe this to be an Ann Taylor LOFT top and fits like a petite small. Sheer, so a camisole would need to be worn underneath. Slight cap sleeve with band at arm (bicep area). Button-down front and buttons on end of sleeves. Black and white polka dots. Small ruffle at collar neckline and edge of functional buttons down the front of the garment. (CN1-21168)
