This top is a mix of dark shades with the silver sparkly material integrated into it the sleeves are see through however the top going from neck to bottom has a slip underneath of it. The waist does have the stretchy factor that makes it look like it is cinched. I would say that it is off the shoulder. The third picture shows the pattern.
