This dress is just amazing! I wore it one time and it is in excellent condition with no flaws of any kind! It’s has a chiffon like material at the top of the dress and it ties at the neck in the back. The bottom is pleated. I’m 6’ and it fell about 8” above my ankles so for me it wasn’t quite a midi but it also wasn’t a maxi. I put it under midi but depending on your height it may be a maxi. 🙂 It’s navy blue and white and has an elastic waist. Lined This dress is extremely flattering!
