Women’s S LSU jeweled t-shirt

Women’s S LSU, V-neck, be-jeweled t-shirt. Never worn. Yellow. Body wash spilled on it while traveling in a suitcase. Not sure how to get it out. It has been washed but never dried and never worn and shows some of the blue spots from the body wash at the sides and back (see photos)
