Women’s Rue21 Off The Shoulder Dress

I got this for my senior photos a few years ago but didn’t end up wearing it, has never been worn. The dress is super soft and fits well, it’s not heavy material. It does have a broken clear strap, it is pictured. Other than that it’s still brand new and in great condition!
