Women’s Rouge Helium Black Lace Up Ankle Boots with heels Size 9. Boots can be worn snapped down that shows fabric material around the outside top or unsnapped to show just all black leather and lace all the way up. Has a comfy sock like insert as well. Nice rubber soles and has 4” heel. Has some marks on the right shoe (see pics), but overall all the shoes are in really good condition. It’s like two boots in one.
