It is new without tags. It has a small mark on one of the sleeves as shown in the last photo, however it isn't noticeable. Really cute bow detailing on the sleeves with dark green edging. Zipper closure in the back. It is a size 8 however it has been altered to the following measurements: Bust: 15 in. Waist: 12.5 in. Shoulder pads were also added.
