Womens Red Button Down Dress Shirt Repair Project

Cant seem to find a tag or writing indicating size & materials its made of. Feels like cotton. Seems like it will need a little stitching as shown in Picture #3. From corner tip of collar, shirt measures to be 32 inches long. Sleeves measure to be 18 inches long. Fully spread out, bottom edge of shirt measures to be 54 inches long. No stains. Needs to be ironed. Shall you accept this mission?
