This brand new with tags, the layered, tutu skirt was purchased to be a Speak Now themed outfit for me for either the Eras Tour Concert or Eras Tour Film but I did group looks and needed to go with another Era. It is very fun and vibrant and works well for other outfits or costumes. It has an elastic waist for comfort. Measurements are provided by the brand and are in the photos.
