Women’s Perfect Pin Up Sailor Costume

Never been worn sailor costume. I bought it for this year’s Halloween but it doesn’t fit. Too small for me. For reference I’m 5’4 and about 118 pounds. I have a big booty. It would fit someone with a slimmer backside as it fits in my waist but not my butt and hips. Shoes are NOT included. Offers welcome!
