Women's PU Leather Ankle Boots Size 11

Made in China. Did not fit, never worn. Velcro straps, rubber sole. ***SIZE RUNS SMALL. I wear an 11, and these do not fit me. I would guess these are closer to a size 9. No brand, labels, tags, markings.
