Womens PETITE blouse

What a striking, classic blouse. Total black and white wide stripes in its entirety. I would say ALMOST long sleeves with a little gathering into a stretchy elastic at end of sleeve, giving the sleeves a somewhat billowey look. the back Is a bit longer than the front (which tucks under all the way across at the bottom) and this top simply slips on over your head. feels luscious! this was never worn
