Women’s outdoor voices red running shorts with lining. I purchased these brand new and always wear underwear with the lining. They’re a bright red as seen more in the first photo. There is a front zipper pocket as well as a front right side small open pocket. There’s an elastic tie in the front inside of the short. Great quality!
