@shadesofgrnvin For reference I was able to fit my gym shoes, leggings and work out top as well as hair stuff and a water bottle in it no problem.

@shadesofgrnvin I added pictures to the post. I put my sneakers in to show what it would look like filled and in one shot added a water bottle to the external pocket so you can see that you can fit shoes and clothes plus a water bottle. Also added pics of interior pocket and small exterior top pocket. Let me know if you have more questions!
