Women’s Nicole Bakti Navy one sided ruched dress size 10 (fits like a 2 or 4)

Women’s Nicole Bakti navy one sided dress, size 10, but fits me perfectly and I’m a size 2 and 5’0. Ruched, one side is longer than other. Dress has been shorten and shoulder strap was shorten, please see measurements, worn once, excellent condition. Length on long side- 54”, length on short side- 40”, bust- 28”, waist- 28”.
