Women's Navy 1940's Virgin Wool Jacket

True vintage 1940s wool fitted jacket with princess seams, original button details and stitching on the petal shaped pockets. Shoulder pads built inside. Very flattering size small vintage jacket with a couple little fabric pulls. Mostly in great shape. Measures pit to pit 17" Length 24" "Forstmann was a maker of woolen yarns and fabrics, but they did not actually produce finished clothing. The company was formed in 1904 by the Forstmann family, German immigrants with a long history of fabric-making. Forstmann products were very high quality, and their label was proudly displayed alongside that of the garment maker’s."
