Hi! I purchased these but I didn’t realize they were wide. The box says medium but in your description it says wide. A wide won’t fit me. May I please cancel my order? I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you!

@earthman10 hi! They are not wide as the post just said wide width is available. They are medium. Are you still interested? If not we can figure out how to cancel. The box label doesn’t have wide listed as these are medium and not wide. Sorry for the confusion.
