NY collection women's sheer dress blouse size XL tissue blouse is sheer across top and across the back and sleeves when I wore it the sleeve fit me at 3 quarter length but a short lady it would be long sleeve very nice dress up blouse bodice has a shiny silver and black but no glitter has a glitter effect but no actual glitter
