This is the perfect summer blouse for office or casual nights out as it is lightweight and very floaty. The covered buttons down the front are for decoration only which eliminates gaping at the bust which is what I like best about it. Three-quarter length sleeves are generously cuffed. There is some accent smocking in front of the shoulder and also across the shoulder blades at the back. The pit to pit measurement is 26 inches and the shoulder to hem measurement is 29.5, so plenty long for wearing with leggings.
