This Madewell maxi skirt is in great condition! It’s a size XS and has a built in slip underneath! The waist band does stretch in the back! The hip to hip measurement is 13 inches. From waist to the bottom on the skirt it’s 32 inches. For reference I’m 5’5 and it comes just right above my ankles.
