louannhd @kickboxqueen I just received the boots and they have a very large/deep scratch on the heel that was not shown in pictures or mentioned in description. These boots are described as hardly worn and suitable for a gift. They were not cared for or conditioned. The scratches make them not worth the price you asked. It doesn’t seem you priced them fairly or considered their actual condition.

louannhd @kickboxqueen just hoping you consider my suggestions to be more mindful of the condition of the items you are sending. $175 is not a low price to pay for damaged boots. You do have a responsibility as a seller to back your words and your lack of description. Which obviously you are unwilling to do.
