drvm2000 @anna2721 I did already. However I’m not getting very far with them. I’ve called twice already and all they do is look up the tracking number and say it was delivered. But I did not receive it. It was not in my mailbox or by the garage where they sometimes leave my packages. I was all day at home on Saturday but when I didn’t receive it, I figured I’d wait until Monday in case it got delayed.

drvm2000 @anna2721 I had to submit a review in order to access my info. I was trying to retrieve my tracking info. After the fact I realized that I had an email confirmation with that info. Once this is sorted out with the post office, I will change the review. And I will repurchase another set of shrugs. I really want them!!!

drvm2000 @anna2721 I hope they can find it!!! I’m a dentist and I was looking forward to wearing those under my scrubs. I freeze in the office everyday, but my assistants are always hot. Figured it’s easier for me to warm up and keep my staff comfortable.

drvm2000 @anna2721 they claim it was delivered. So I’ll have to dispute it, since I did not receive it. But until then I wanted to have them. But meanwhile the phone # is 203-426-4271. Maybe you can get further. They claim it to be delivered but I did not receive it. The cameras don’t show anyone delivering anything either on the 28th which was the say they say it was delivered.

anna2721 @drvm2000 I just finished speaking to the person u spoke to earlier and again he saying it was delivered and they can spot where it was delivered and its showing them ur address at the time of the delivery scan which means it wasnt delivered to a wrong address. also he says they dropped it at ur door or garage. they probably have a GPS on them. I dont know what to tell u but my best bet would be to ask the carrier him self.

drvm2000 @anna2721 hi there. I did ask my carrier and today she brought me a photo of the driveway which they claim to be mine. Completely different!!! I thought it was weird because I have outdoor cameras all over my yard and none of them registered any activity on Saturday. I receive packages all the time from other addresses delivered to my house. Just makes me wonder. I will be going to the post office tomorrow and try to get this sort this out. Thank you for trying to help me!!!
