Super fun & flirty black short sleeve blouse from Ann Taylor Loft. Size medium Black sequin band detail that goes down front of the blouse. Bottom is elastic & therefore can create a blouson type effect. Crew neckline has a frayed effect & small cuff on sleeves. 100% Cotton Would make a really cute date night or girl’s night option!
