Women’s Lilly Pulitzer strapless dress with pockets

Lilly Pulitzer strapless silk dress with pockets, size 4. Strapless dress gorgeous blue stripes as an overlay on the dress. Zipper back with eyelet hook and a strip of rubber(?) around the top to hold it up. Cutest part of this dress are the side pockets!! Recently dry cleaned and excellent condition! Colors looks off in some pics-dress us white and blue.
