Women's Light Blue Denim Midi Skirt - light stain in photo

This skirt has a light colored stain on the front (looks to be makeup) I haven’t worn this and didn’t notice the stain until it was too late to return. Selling for very cheap. I’m sure the stain can easily be removed.
