These leggings are excellent to wear in the winter under a denim skirt or a “bum warmer” skirt or even as a base layer under snow pants. In the warmer months, throw on an oversized shirt and some flops and you’re good to go. Tiny snag as noted in last pic, otherwise, good condition. Navy, with small white dots.
