Could I please get the measurement from pit to pit as well as the length from the shoulder to the bottom of the hem and the length of the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the the bottom of the cuff? Also, is this a jacket that could handle temperatures in the teens? Thanks.

@dchelpka I added pictures for measurements. I am.not sure of the temperature rating but with layers I think so. It is a fleece that attaches to the outer shell.
