Women's Krisna Wahyu dress size Medium

Beautiful floral with bird patterned dress. A-line style with a short sleeve and a very nice collar. I tried this on as a 34d, normal size large / 10 and this is very tight in the arms /chest on me. prob best for a 4-6. ptp: 19 inches length : 36 inches no stretch & material tag has been removed.
