Women’s Kaanas leather sneaker 9.5 or 10.0

This Kaanas sneaker says size 11. It is narrow and runs small. It is in like new condition . I am a dize 9.5 and it fit but was too narrow for my foot. The inner measures Aprox 10.3” the outer Aprox 11”.
