teenagegrrrl I took a screenshot of it on my phone, that's strange it was just available a few hours ago. It said "this seller is on a roll, make a purchase now for 1.99 shipping". The total was $18.42. $15, $1.99 shipping, $1.43 tax. Is there any way you can honor this price if I try to show you the screenshot? Customer service isn't really available, only FAQs

teenagegrrrl thanks. I did the bundle, tried to put an offer on the JC shirt, and tried checking out the JC shirt as buy now, all just to see if the promo would come back. It only worked for the shirt as buy now but I wasn't home. it's hard to believe the shipping promo was there a few hours ago and now it's not. I was more interested in just the shirt to be honest. I really appreciate the bundle offer but it comes out to about $27 with the dress and shipping
