Women's Joystick Cream Floral Embroidered Blouse Size M

This is a pre-owned "Joystick" brand blouse, size M. It is made of 100% cotton. The blouse is off-white and features a ruffled V-neckline with three embroidered floral appliques. Each flower has a rhinestone center. The blouse has 3/4 length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. The back of the blouse has an embroidered design. The blouse runs small, ( fit size xs in my opinion)
