veseladimitrov @lisathewes hello so let me start by saying they do run a tad big so if your looking for a leggings feel a size down would be a better fit! They are heavy quality material but very soft and breathable this is not a cheap jeggings style pants. I have them in navy color and love them.

veseladimitrov @heatherramage hello for size 10-12 I would recommend Large but for size more as 12-14 go with XL. The inseam varies depending on the sizes it is a regular full length pants for references the model on the picture is wearing size small and shes 114lb 5'7" height.
