Women's INC International Concepts sheer shirt dress, size 8

Super lightweight, sheer short, shirt dress is great for when you have to cover up more but don't want to suffocate in the heat. The entire dress is made of a sheer, chiffon like material but softer. Black, Sky blue, white , and pale yellow. Tie waist (see pic) Loose but fitted gives it a put together look while keeping the boho-hippie vibe. Questions about sizing please let me know . Worn once, item comes in excellent , like-new, pre-owned condition with no flaws or signs of wear. Sleeves are 3/4 length.
