Womens High Low Floral Printed Mustard Skirt

Mustard flowy high-low skirt with bright blue flowers. The elastic waistband comes together in the back. The size says small, but more of a medium and it is not tight enough for my waist. Can be worn high or mid waisted depending on your size.
