Women's Handmade Sailor Moon Disney Princess Costume Skirt

In good pre-owned condition with normal signs of wear. Handmade for a Sailor Moon cosplay costume. I believe my kiddo wore is a part of Disney Princess Costume, as well. The waist measurement UNSTRETCHED is approximately 13.5". The waistband is elastic and will stretch to allow for another 1-2" approx. Stretched all the way would be roughly 15" across the waist.
