Women's Hand Embelished Denim Jacket, Size 10

Made by Sandy Starkman, purchased at a boutique. Photos show layers of lace, fabric and sequin material adorned to make the sleeves. Also noting in pics the small strings from the edge of said fabrics enhance the rowdy denim wear. Major compliments when you wear this piece.
