Is this dress glittery or are they rhinestones on the bottom of the dress?

@angieusa17 it's not glitter and I don't want to call them rinestones. They are small and circular, and they are shiny like metal but not metal of course.

@angieusa17 No problem!! I added a few closer pics to the post. I tried to do it in low light so it wouldn't shine in the pic. You can see the round pieces that highly reflect. Are those little balls considered glitter on a dress?
