Women's English Rose Bright Green Bubble Flare Skirt M

measurements: waistband 12" waist to hem 17 in hemline flat 29 in I got this skirt from a boutique in Glendale, California. I remember the original price tag had $120 on it and I was getting it for $22. I felt like a champ. It's the most fun skirt. I pair it with a black cashmere sweater and blackout tights to a white t-shirt and a classic white Air Max, Nike. Thick belt, no belt, skinny belt it's all good! It's a great European cities skirt! It pops against all the old Napoleon style buildings and architecture! 💚 (there are a few tiny discolorations, probably just needs a dry clean)
