Women's Denim Navy Jacket

Very lightly used and in great shape. This fits like a small on a woman and large for tween. I can't determine if it's youth or women's. I'm 5'3 and 145lbs and it just almost buttons up on me. My daughter is 9 and slim, average height and it's cute on her but, baggy.
