This costume comes with everything but a dress and the pearl necklace or wig cap. The cape if fully lined and super soft. The wig is not the original wig. I bought a better quality one so that one will come with the costume. All you need to add is a black dress and a string of pearls and you are Cruella! Happy Halloween! 🎃
