Women's Cottage Creamy White Handmade Fringe Poncho and Pencil Skirt Set size L This set was from my grandmother's collection and it's truly one-of-a-kind. Handmade in Northern Minnesota by a local artisan at some point in the late 90s/early 00s, it is a beautiful, well-made pairing. As it is handmade, the fabric content or size is not available. Please see measurements below. Fabric has substantial weight and feels like some kind of wool or woven tweed. Handwash/air dry or dry clean for best results.
