What are the measurements? Does it have any type of damage?

@zenithegr8 hello, there is no damage. I checked Columbia’s website and their size guide for this jacket in size M is: 36.5-37.5 Bust, 30-31 waist, 39-40 hips.
Personally, I find that it fits more like a Small/Medium. Hope this helps!
